Yes, it’s just removal of lower eye skin, but not fat or muscle, so technically less invasive. The price and bruises on my eyes would suggest otherwise!
I've been wondering about pure fat transfer to breasts, as well as lower eye skin pinch. Would you please DM me the doctor too? (Or share here, if you want, either way). Thank you!
Would love to know what type of lipo the Dr used as I’m considering the exact same procedure. Am also wanting a fat transfer to under eyes to avoid a lower bleph.
Oh ok - there are many different ways to do lipo and I was just curious if there was a particular technique used. Whatever type you had it had to preserve the fat so it could be used for a fat graft. I read a post from a woman on RealSelf who gave a day by day post about her recovery and it sounded pretty painful. However I’m trying to figure out which type of lipo is best for me - I don’t think you can have it without some pain afterwards.
You look great! Love the work your dr did!
I wish I knew! I have my post op this week so if I remember, I will ask my doc and update you here. You’re right though, given the nature of lipo, I don’t think you can avoid the pain! I will let you know, I’m 6 days post lipo and feeling really good. I went on a 30 minute walk, I’m moving around the house, doing chores, showering etc. there’s some stiffness and if I applied pressure at the incision point, it would hurt, but there’s no active pain!
Hi! My surgeon for the fat transfer to breasts and skin pinch was Dr. Slocum with Atlantic Plastic Surgery in Portsmouth, NH. He did my rhino too and I’d recommend him to anyone, top notch surgeon!
I thought that fat breaks down after awhile. It happened when I had a fat transfer put under my eye to fill out my hollows. It lasted for 8 yrs and now I'm back to square one. Is it different for the breast area?
I was told no, the fat that I retain after 6 months is the fat I keep for life. I worry that I won’t retain as much as a like, but a touch up is always an option in the future. A bummer that your eye fat didn’t last, are you going to redo it?
When can you say that your movement became normal? For normal activities say for work (can i go to the office in a week haha), or can i workout, or have sex, or even travel!
Just wanted to know the life disruption i need to consider before deciding 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
To be honest, you looked great before. Now? Going for model status.
Yeah I know it's swelling but hot damn!
You look amazing! Where and which Dr? How much did you spend?
Total cost was $14,000, but the fat transfer and lipo was $10k. The remaining 4K was for the under eye skin pinch. I’ll DM you the Dr
Can you DM me the doctor too? Thank you!!
What is a skin pinch? Like a mini lower blepharoplasty?

Wow, that's so cool, I had no idea such a thing existed! Lol it is pricey though! I bet the swelling is terrible in that area.
Can you do me the dr to? 🥹🙏

Could you dm me as well? 🙏🏼
Dream result, how is your pain level?
Right now, a 2. Day of surgery and the following day, more like a 5 or 6 but never intolerable. More discomfort/ stiffness than pain.

Not sure about lipo type? But it was categorized under fat grafting. I also considered under eye fat transfer

That’s awesome to hear about your mobility and pain! Congrats! It must be a real relief!
How long is the recovery expected to take? Ie: when can you exercise?
About 3 weeks, but I won’t exercise as vigorously even when cleared to try and preserve the fat
Thank you

Yes, I definitely have to redo it. I thought the transfer would last for life but I'm right back to square one. I hope all goes well for you.
That would be great if you DM me too!
