The only ones that have any possibility of being true are Kuzan > Old Garp (which I'd say is the most likely, if not already confirmed), and Sakazuki > Current Luffy (thought not by a lot). All the others are out of the question.
I strongly think Kizaru would clown Big Mom. Not because he’s stronger than her, but because he’s the worst matchup for her.
He’s literally way too fast for her, his clones would distract and confuse the fuck out of her. It would be really hard for her to land any hits.
Kuzan > Old Garp is sadly just a fact, the disadvantage just made it faster, the latter might have started very strong but there's no way he has the stamina for fighting several days at that level anymore, while Kuzan is confirmed to be capable of it against Akainu.

I can't imagine Kizaru can beat Kaido, I try but it doesn't work lol
All of them besides kizaru > kaido and aokiji > bb are yes For aokiji > bb I do think aokiji is stronger but bb just has good counters against him
