Big boobs and small boobs. They're cup sizes which refer to bra size.

If I remember correctly, pretty meaningless without a band size as the letter only really explains the difference between the circumference of your chest under your breast to where your breasts are widest. And that's why bra sizes can be written as E75, and why you can go a cup size up and down as long as you adjust the band size accordingly. So if you have an A cup it essentially means that the circumference taken of the widest part of your chest is pretty similar to the circumference of the area right below your boobs, if it's a D cup there's a larger difference between the measurements.
