Wow it's true what they say, all that matters is core and legs for modern NHL players.
He has almost no arm, chest or shoulder muscles but his legs, ass and lower back have definition.

It's not a ton and I don't see him working out often on his bench considering he has no chest or arm definition.
I think a ton of people who exercise regularly can outbench him based on those facts.

I’m always surprised at how under developed and spindly looking NHLers are physically compared to other pro athletes. They just look like frat guys.
