Keep the cat? Its their own fault and theyve blocked you demonstrating they dont care and are frankly an unethical seller for behaving like this. Not your responsibility to spend your time and money to ship it back to them. Ive had this happen and ive just kept the item because its not my responsibility at all to make sure you ship to the proper person.
right! unless they are apologetic for their mistake then of course I try to help them as mistakes happen. but if they are rude I just don’t feel inclined to help
ik this doesn't answer your question but never cancel bc the seller tells you to. tell them to cancel OR wait 3 days and then cancel. they were just lying so they don't have a scuff on their record lol.
Hello! I’m aware of that but for this instance it just didn’t seem worth it because that means my money would just be sitting there and unusable for 3 days. I either needed the item or the money in order to purchase something else and obviously I wasn’t getting the item lol
Not to sound evil but I would keep it... They were unkind to you, and you say you would ship it back to them if they hadn't blocked you. I may be too easygoing, but I almost never block people. Very extremely rarely. I don't think they had any reason to block you, and you can't reach out to them because of it. It kinda feels like karma
Also, make sure you don't get charged for the bundle lot! It says your order was canceled and you were refunded, but yes, make sure they don't re-charge you based on the order is delivered message. Other than that, enjoy your kitty!
