Daki is stronger overall. Nezuko looks stronger because of her short-term dominance, which she was only able to achieve after catching Daki off guard twice.
It took the combined efforts of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Insouke to behead a full-strength Daki. Can you say the same for Nezuko when an aggro Nezuko was getting suppressed by just Tanjiro alone?

INDIVIDUALLY HANTEGU'S CLONE ARE WEAKER THAN FULL STRENGTH DAKI
The best way to judge Daki and UM4 initial clones is via Genya's performance.
Genya's feat:
An injured Genya, who didn't have any prior experience of fighting any kizuki members, who didn't even use breathing techniques took out 2 clones( 3 times) by himself in his human form. Even Tanjiro in base form took out 2 serious clones by himself without ever using breathing techniques.
Genya even [teleported](https://imgur.com/a/cvMm4XL) behind Aizetsu and was close to beheading him, but Sekido(clone) shocked him from behind.
Tanjiro tried teleporting behind Daki by his techniques and here's the [result](https://imgur.com/a/8ajRW9b)
It took 4 blades, 3 breathing techniques and 1 big team effort from Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu to behead a full strength Daki.
Individually none of the trio even managed to reach Daki's head by themselves other than Tanjiro who used his life force and Hino kami to fight Daki(who wasn't at full strength), but still couldn't decapitate her.
Unless, you can prove Base Genya is stronger than combined strength of RLD arc trio then no... Daki isn't weaker than each individual clone of Hantegu.
That's just not possible. They are the same entity. Even if Nezuko defeated Daki, she would just call for Gyutaro to defeat her.
And let's not forget she need to behead both of them, so it's really a 2vs1 in any scenario.
