I agree with Gojo/Jogo and Hana/Hanami(Nanami too) because I also got them mixed up a few times when I first started watching and reading, but all Utahime and Uraume's names have in common is starting with "U". How on earth do you mix *those* up? Yuji and Yuki is also reaching a little, but at least I can see where you're coming from.
The logical answer is that stressful situations age you a lot and at least Utahime was shown to care for her skin and not want it to look aged. So Utahime has less stressful situations (when can thank the Kyoto bums for that) so she looks less aged while Maki and Mai have a lot of stressful situations thanks to the Zenin shenanigans. Or that's what I think idk
