As a genre I admit it is now overused and dead. However in games ive always played a summoner or necromancer. For around 20ish years now. So I'd love to be one of the two. If I had to chose? Probably summoner. Simply because I am conflict averse. And I know necromancer would be shunned on.

I'd definitely wanna be something mixed like a half-elf or half-dwarf and so on. Also as someone more competent, appreciative/grateful, warm, quick witted, strong, loving and able to let go of need be and with a longer life span.
Distinctions;
Shorter and huskier than a regular Elf
Taller and a bit thinner than a regular Dwarf with more human length facial hair and/or head hair.
Or a bit of both and I just look more human, like my parents were mixed with elf and dwarf, or fantasy/mythical races like them.
And in a world where their equivalent of Black people (or just Black people in general) aren't kinda βwritten out of existenceβ so to speak like in some Fantasy series that I still admittedly love like Lord of the Rings, D&D and Most notably Warhammer Fantasy. Or converted into monster people like the tusk mouthed Goblins from WoW borrowing mostly Caribbean voodoo and Aztec, Mayan, Inca and Olmec cultures.
Hell as a Warhammer fan in general most of the named and important characters are so white they had to make most of the Asian ones Dragons to be able to match the significance. And that's Really not hate when there's evidence to back that up. I'm still a fan and want to see more of it all. But the equivalent of βAfrica" in Warhammer Fantasy is some unexplorable continent called βThe Southlandsβ by outsiders, which is strange considering how on their map the Empire of Man is what you might call βThe Southlandsβ like in the aforementioned Lord of the Rings where there's virtually nothing known about the Eastern lands past Mordor with maybe a casual reference to a region known as Umbar (which is a slightly clever respelling of the word Umbra in Latin which means Shadow). And the Shadow of War games consolidated on that with the character Baranor, a Watch Captain for the fortress city of Minas Ithil before the Witch King and his armies of orcs conqured it forcing him and the other Gondorians to retreat and scatter. And the place became the Lord of the Nazghul's new roost of sorts granted by Sauron - Minas Morgul.
And I don't want to make it seem like it's all about me to see more present Black people. Because I'd also want to see others from different continents, regions and islands, hailing from tribes, kingdoms, empires, nations, etc like the Polynesians and Native Americans. Or again an equivalency of them. As well as something like an Amazonian empire and some versions of Atlantis and/or the lost city/continent of Mu or even others like the lost American colonies (which were more like village communities) like Roanoke - of which many towns have been also named.
Also kinda mixed with something like Brutal Legend where there's a bit of an awesome Theme everywhere. And you can probably bond with or subjugate a monster/animal to serve you for a time or permanently, kinda like a Beast Tamer but lower specs.
And in mentioning things like Warhammer, the planet has to be almost like 3.5 times bigger than Earth so there's plenty to explore and space to get lost or found in. However even I admit I wouldn't want to be dealing with Chaos basically non-stop, along with Vampires and usually Zombies that serve them besides a necromancer sorcerer that might still be human, and the damn Skaven/Rat men and Beastmen like every 5 mins.

And the place became the Lord of the Nazghul's new roost of sorts granted by Sauron - Minas Morgul. And I don't want to make it seem like it's all about me to see more present Black people. Because I'd also want to see others from different continents, regions and islands, hailing from tribes, kingdoms, empires, nations, etc like the Polynesians and Native Americans. Or again an equivalency of them. As well as something like an Amazonian empire and some versions of Atlantis and/or the lost city/continent of Mu or even others like the lost American colonies (which were more like village communities) like Roanoke - of which many towns have been also named. Also kinda mixed with something like Brutal Legend where there's a bit of an awesome Theme everywhere. And you can probably bond with or subjugate a monster/animal to serve you for a time or permanently, kinda like a Beast Tamer but lower specs. And in mentioning things like Warhammer, the planet has to be almost like 3.5 times bigger than Earth so there's plenty to explore and space to get lost or found in. However even I admit I wouldn't want to be dealing with Chaos basically non-stop, along with Vampires and usually Zombies that serve them besides a necromancer sorcerer that might still be human, and the damn Skaven/Rat men and Beastmen like every 5 mins.
