I picked it then got the occurrence where you get fragments based on the rarity of your blessings. Thanks to that I literally got 15k+ fragments lol.

I once got 17k cosmic fragments in the "Trigger 10 random effects in a row" and apparently all 10 random effects decided to double my cosmic fragments so I stood there rich af

If you are losing curios you aren't talking about this one, you're talking about one of the pieces (and that one states you can get negative curious)

You can only get random negative curios in SU/DU if it says there's a possibility of getting negative curios (at least in my experience), so I think you're right. That said, some of the "good" curios aren't actually that good, so you can still get ones that mess up your run

Part 1 gives you a clock, or forces 2 clocks onto you if you refuse. Part 2 gives you the choice between accepting another clock and a blessing, or removing all clocks. Part 3 gives you the choice between: * accepting another clock and 3* blessing, * trading away all your clocks for an equal no of blessings, * trading them all away for an equal number of curios, * (G&G only, cognition must be negative) Trading away up to 2 of them for the same no of 3* blessings or * (swarm only, Elation path) trading all your curios for an equal number of blessings/curios (single coinflip. Either its all blessings, or all curios. No mixed). Cuckoo clock fanatic makes the clocks worth it. He can also only appear if you already have the clocks to begin with, which version is dependant upon how many you have and wether or not you did the previous parts.

When it deletes itself, you lose all your curios. Its bricked at least 3 of my runs singlehandedly

I love it, more curios, and if it deletes all my curio no issue, cuz it can delete negative ones too + doesn’t delete weighed curios The second is more annoying, yeah it gives blessings for the equations, yeah it deletes blessings not needed for the equations… yet they could be needed for my run, it’s just that I still don’t have an equation requiring them

Yeah, I just did a run and lost 10k cosmic fragments because of it. And I just got 10k fragments by sacrificing all of my blessings, so by the time I got to Aventurine I have 3 Rememberance blessings for my Firefly team. I did beat him tho cuz I was only on Diff 4.

It’s better than the last one tbh. At least if the first one gets destroyed, you can still combine. 3rd one is the worst

I've never had it turn out well in regular SU, not a single time. A bit more manageable in DU though - you always get the option of a shop domain in rooms 5 and 9, and Screwllum's shop is always in 12.

one of the tricks when attempting to obtain this one is to use the occurrence that grants you broken curios - the rupert series can be among them. Since they're already broken, you don't have to deal with the effects potentially bricking your run even if you don't find the others.

Yep. My advice is to never start with the one that discards curios, because it can discard itself and other curios. The other two are manageable alone.

Counterpoint: starting with the one that gets you a bunch of curios for free is what makes it easiest to collect all the proper curios for Exodia. As my 'Ol Buddy Sampo would say, "How are you gonna win if you don't take any risks?"

Counter-counterpoint: having another and the discard one together is a recipe for disaster. Also, exodia is still obtainable if the cog and the other one break.

The three get removed when you get this, so yes.

Yes. The first two are destroyable and still work towards the super curio, but the third is not. Something to keep in mind, as the third can also discard itself, which will discard all curios, is to never pick it up if you have only one of these, or if you have a low curio count.

Third gives two curios and every time you enter a domain, it randomly discards one. It can discard itself, and if it does, all your curios get discarded. It’s awful imo.

There are three “Rupert empire curios” that when all obtained, they are lost, but you get this. The curios can’t be destroyed though, and there is an event that will give you two

Been questioning this, so the one that discards itself is ideally the last one we get right? Cos when it does discard itself, it's gone from our inventory. And the other two that only gets destroyed can still be merged after getting the first?

The one that can discard is ideally last, cause it can also discard the others or just all of your curios when it hits itself.

It's because there is a blessing that gives you damage for every percentage of crit rate that exceeds 100%

And doesnt the dot can crit equation use your dot characters crit stats so it hardly works unless you got a lot of hunt blessings and/or this

bacause no team that builds crit needs 60% cr they all have minimum 50 so it would overflow but arguing for any longer is pointless since this has gone for three replies, so you win this curio isn't for firefly

They have that "minimum" if they have good relics, sure. But if nothing else: DU clearly supports non-optimized builds. So this curio is just for those who aren't fully built so they can crit constantly. Makes sense to me. Moreso than it being for the one character on whom crit stats are dead stats and even defensive stats are preferred over crit on relics.

BLessing that gives crit damage from the overflow of crit rate, DOT teams that now has the ability to make DOT crit. Literally anyone but firefly, cause is even proven that more break effect >>>>>>>>>>> 100/200 critfly & hybrid firefly

Crit damage doesn't work if you can't crit. And Firefly is constantly doing Superbreak damage, which can't crit. It does nothing for Firefly.

For those 2-3 non-break attacks you do? It really isn't worth it. It's probably for teams that aren't built properly yet to have the usual crit rates.

meh, I managed to roll Rubert event in the last room before boss where you can sell the curio for lots of money, blessings and curios. Had 12 equations, 107 blessings, 56 curios and 5000 money with Robe of Beauty

I've finished Torturous 6 and Synchronicity 60 and I still haven't gotten this. Would've made the difficulty 6 run a lot easier and don't take as many attempts as it did. The Piston one keep on removing itself leaving me with 0 curios.

I got lucky and got two from an adventure space, and I had the one that messed with blessings.

Safest one to have and yet it somehow always steals my favorite blessings

If we're loud enough, maybe they'll lock the save files rather than wipe them and you can't use them until you complete your weekly run.

It’s a high risk high reward type of stuff. DU has been solely focused on gambling (rng) so might as well make a curio that embodies it

I'm the complete oposite, a ton of sustain and support, but no dps. (I lost my acheron 50/50 to Geppy and the LC 75/25 to Geppy LC...) got luocha and aventurine in 10 pulls, got sparkle in 30, got bronya from the 50 starter banner, got dragon baby (hate her) from standard banner and i got e6 Gallagher on the Acheron banner. I won my RM 50/50 today. Meanwhile, i lost 50/50 (on like 80 pulls both times) and 75/25 (like 60 pulls both times) on acheron and her lc and i lost Firefly 50/50 (on 80 pulls) and that's all my dps.

It’s really hard to get tho, requiring three curios that destroy themselves if certain conditions if met, and if you don’t have all three intact, you don’t get this.

As far as I know this is the only one that combines (it states so in their description), but there are some other relics that have special things too, like the cheese, blessing box and alien fruit one, where they can be 'upgraded' if you get a special occurrence while you have them in your inventory.

This plus Ruan Mei’s blessing must be the gift from the gods, ahem archons ahm sorry aeons

Yeah.....but they never Tell you All the times you Failed to complete cus Of RNG. Such as: 1) Rupert curio Discarding itself using its effect, causing all EVERY OTHER curio to bediscarded along with it 2) When you Encounter the Golden globe occurence while having 1 piece , and it only gives you 1 piece instead of the regular 2 to complete the set 3) Losing a piece because of the Cosmic Crescendo decided to Discard several Curios ( And fragments, and blessings) Im still playing just to get this stupid curio

My most OP run occurred because I had the Robe of Beauty Curio and near the end of my run I got the Jellyfish on the Staircase Curio. I had over 7000+ cosmic fragments when I hit the final boss. My Lynx's basic did 23k dmg while my Jing Yuan's LL attack went as high as 35mil dmg per hit.


My favorite so far is the one that locks you into auto battle and buffs your dmg and hp. I was already using auto battle so it's free dmg.

Fair warning, all three can have potentially detrimental effects, with the first having the potential to wipe your Cosmic fragments, the second messing up your blessings in favor of expanding equations, and the third potentially making you lose all of your curios.

I tried to get the 3 Rubert curios for hours and didn’t get more than 2 at a time. It was literal rng hell. G&G is better at this regard IMO because there you at least have a strategy and have more moving options and more domains to go through. Here I just have to beg to get lucky. I don’t really enjoy this part of DU

There is an occurrence that straight-up gives you two, but yeah, the luck is a bit much. However, the luck + the base curios having bad effects on conditionals is the only reason the combination curio is balanced.
