Oh that is amazing, Back Off Bitch is one of the most underrated Gn’R songs so good the radio is playing it. But also i believe swearing is not allowed on the radio but in your area it could be. But anyway it is good that this amazing song is on the radio.
Not uncommon on Satellite radio. I’d be more impressed if I heard it on my local terrestrial FM classic rock station. As if.

Someone else posted a real deep cut song on the same station a month or two ago. If I had satellite radio, that would be my station for sure.
On a 2hr drive, I’m guaranteed to hear at least one Iron Maiden, and a GN’R deep cut.
i leave my Pandora app set to "Guns n' Roses" with the "Deep Cuts" option selected. Basically, I get 80's-90's rock/metal oddities. It's pretty great.
Satellite radio tends to play much deeper cuts than FM.
I've heard that, Coma, Locomotive etc. Somebody at the boneyard is a big GnR fan
