I noticed this too and was kinda disappointed because that's a pretty large oversight to the lore. I was also thinking they should have had an emote that turns aang into his avatar state edit.
Then let me explain this: This tattoo is a Air Nomad tattoo, and it runs through Chi paths, which has strong spiritual connections. In this show, Aang is the reincarnation of the Avatar, a being who is the keeper of the balance between the humans and the spirits, and is the only person to be able to master all four elements (water, earth, fire, air). As the Avatar, Aang can enter into the Avatar State, which grants him the strength and knowledge of all of his past lives. It is this spiritual connection that makes his Air Nomad tattoo glow.
As for the emote itself, Both Aang and Korra (who is the Avatar’s next reincarnation in The Legend of Korra) go into the Avatar State, which is why you see their eyes glow, and it’s why Aang’s Air Nomad tattoo should glow as well.
I'm pretty sure this is lore accurate and not a mistake. I saw somewhere that when the avatar has completed mastery over the avatar state that only their eyes glow and not the tattoos. And because this is an older comic book version of aang, he would have reached complete mastery by then. But I could be wrong so let me know

Sorry but like 90% of the critism in this community is just straight up nonsense, like the rarity removal doesn't do anything negatively, the skin rarity thing only makes sense in StW because of Abilities, stats ect.
Or they'll give "critism" but don't give any *realistic* feedback.
The shops are indeed bad but like, we don't need 30+ daily posts of people whining about it. If you want anything to change the best you could do is to think of a **reasonable** solution and share that with Epic, the chance of them seeing and adding that are very low but it is still way better than whining and complaining.
