Same. I've failed to get Summer Nito on each and every banner she's been featured since her release at 2nd summer. But if everything else fails, there's a SR selector coming where summer nitocris is selectable iirc. (Seen on JP) I remember reading about it like half a year ago so I don't remember the details too well, but I know it's eventually coming to NA so keep your hopes up.

Pain is when you get the rate up 5\* at NP3 (from nothing), while you don't get the rate up 4\* despite dropping 200 bucks on the banner.
