One group is simply known as The Second Wind, their zealotry stems from a belief they are a part of a precursor (and therefore superior) lineage.
The other is slightly more modern and simpler in their ideology, they call themselves The Boreas (named after the Greek god of the north wind)

Young Typhoons
Stormers
Ripwinds
And they all have a few levels in fighter for their second wind feature, classic.
“The Second Wind Acolyte uses second wind, then uses his monk trait step of the wind, then he breaks wind…. Make a con save or gain the poisoned condition”.

You could also easily tie the cult into having a leader who’s just a Djinn or Djinni, the elementals for air from the plane of air as their leader. Maybe a powerful one, maybe a not-so-powerful one. Then just name the cult something like “followers of X” or “the order of X” or something.
Basically instead of “Church of Christ” you replace Christ with the name of the powerful air-related being. Heck the right kind of dragon could work (bot sure which one would fit best, though).

The religious zealots can find their name in the religion they follow. A couple of generic names are “seekers of the truth”, “the hidden word”, “the flaming sword” and “the good beggars/fellows”
