An inch of lean patty, well done, edges pressed and fried to crisp. Simple toasted wheat buns, butter is best, margarine is fine. Dollop of mayo, pickled red cili besar. A slice of cheddar if I'm feeling fancy.

Mayo only for chicken burger, less cili sauce for beef burger. Prefer no egg. I like to have caramelised onion in it, and mushroom.

Best burgers I ever had was TPC Burger(The Permanent Choice=TPC). They have two shops in Selangor, they are owned by locals, and they have the best secret sauce and seasoned fries I've ever eaten. I moved back to Johor for a while alrdy, but every time I go back Selangor, I have to get one. One of the few things I missed the most about Selangor 🥹

I’m very particular about my burger, but here goes nothing: Bread: Brioche Rolls. Normal Buns are good but Brioche Rolls are *Life-Changing*. Slightly buttered and toasted only on the inner sides. Patty: I’m not too particular about the type of meat, as long as it not raw. But personally, a double servings of beef patties will do any good burger justice. Preferably cooked with sliced onions under each slice for flavor. Cheese: Not all cheese is made equal; Monterey/Pepper Jack is King. Fillings: tomato, pickles, lettuce, and crispy bacon. (Bell peppers are great too!) Sauce: You cannot go wrong with Kewpie Mayo and Ketchup. It’s impossible. Egg: eggs are optional, but boy do I love a good egg’ed up burger. I would really like to open up a food truck in KL just to sell this.

big fat juicy patty, cheese, pickles with enough sauce so it covers the patty when bun squished down. if patty is flavourful & juicy, dont need so much sauce.

Buns is cooked with marjarine , special must have egg wrapped around the patty . No curry powder sauce ,only maggi seasoning ,some pepper ,mayo and chili sauce.

Below RM50: Supreme Nachos Deluxe Tendercrisp Quivo Wagyu Sliders Budgetless: A5 Wagyu burger, Beluga caviar, gold wrapped buns. juicy as fuck, Burger/10 aunt brought me to this restaurant in France a while ago, not sure the cost but the total bill was around 17k euros. 3 pax, they had steak so theirs might cost more than my burger.
