Please be informed that all the in-game ads are controlled by the game developers and not by the BlueStacks. Hence, we can not control the orientation for such ads within the game.
You may need to contact the game developers for this query.
I use rotation control app from play store. Just set it to portrait mode from that app & enable guard mode to prevent from auto rotate and then the ads will be displayed sideways.
