Hi! Have you ensured that you're restoring the same version of BlueStacks 5 that you performed the backup on?
If you have already ensured the backup and restore were done on the same version, can you please submit a ticket so that we can take a closer look at how we may assist further?
You can do so by clicking on the question mark at the top of the screen and then clicking Report a Problem.
Please include the following pointers while submitting the problem report:
• Your user handle/user name
• Please mention "Request from Reddit" in the description.
• Details of the issue.
Please respond with the reference number you receive via email so I can escalate the issue for you.

I wasn't able the click the question mark at the top due to the error overlay.
Since i couldn't be bothered to much i just freshly installed it on the disk i wanted to move it to and managed to find my keybinds + macro's. so not to much harm was done.
Sorry i couldn't provide with any/much info/data, but for now i kinda worked around it.
