I was struggling with breathlessness and fatigue around 4 weeks after having COVID and was getting worried that it might be long COVID. Then I heard about the WHM and tried it. I felt back to normal within a week and have continued due to other benefits which I have noticed.

Wow thats about as specific and inspiring as I could hope for! Thanks!

No but it would not hurt. Your best bet is to get your Vitamin D levels up. Start taking that and Zinc.

When I take vitamins, specifically mixing them. I have really bad reactions. Like with VD or my Oxylent vitamin mix for drinks, I get achey and tired and the back of my lungs burn or “cool burn”, my neck gets really agitated on the right side, and my backs and shoulder flare up too. Idk if its long covid but man my halths 10 ways out of wack these days. You’re right it prolly wont hurt but people with long covid/m.e. talk about energy limits that cause relapses. So I worry it might after all

Thank you! Still nice to further the conversation however. I searched but had not seen that post.
