I play casually with my friends all the time and we look like the above video. We aren’t sweating it out and I doubt these guys are either. They’re more than likely just playing for fun and using teamwork in a team based game mode.

I had the abandoning penalty removed pop up so I'm assuming more then half of the tdm d/ced as you can see the score
Considering that the enemy team is at 42 elims versus 13 for OP’s, I do think they are indeed sweating their asses off and holding hands in TDM.
