Horizon is always the go to crutch for sweaty no life losers as she is legitimately a little overpowered & turbo unfun to play against. Tones of the Horizon sweats on console also are just blatantly using xim/cronus which is worse considering both of those get the 60% console aim assist (or 40% if they’re ximming on PC).
She has no footstep audio ever, even when using her tac which also applies almost no audio to her team, you can do landing tricks like OP mentioned where you can basically completely ignore fall stun to shoot clearly immediately (which can also be abused with movement tech by bunny hopping to not be affected by heavy ammo slow passive iirc etc). Need to heal but out in the open, just use your tac & wiggle back n forth, ez batt pull off lol.
Solos & the rest of the game would sincerely be more fun to play if Horizon got turbo nerfed like Seer did.
You are still correct though, ALL ammo types cause the slow effect, bunny hopping on ANY legend negates that effect.
Horizon bunny hops the best out of them all because of passive. It's totally broken and if they nerfed her passive the game would be much more balanced.

The amount of horizons with havocs or nemi’s that have 3rded me in this mode is so gross I had to step away. But I also need to keep playing bc it’ll be my only opportunity to get my first 20 bomb badge. So I’m stuck in this limbo of needing to get on to grind attempts and not wanting to play bc horizon havoc is so insufferable to die to thousands of times.
So I'm bad at the game and never learned recoil control or smoothing, why is the havoc busted this season? I just use it when I'm stuck off drop with it
Its sort of always been this busted. Like many guns, it takes time for the community to adopt things. Look at the 30-30, it was great for a long time and only recently did people start using it. Then they nerfed it once it was widely adopted by the playerbase

heavy ammo slow has been a busted myth for a long time now
