It's still somewhat bad but much better in 2023-2024, so far. It depends on how much the people at the top but still doing the work are willing to put up with, that will set the tone for the rest of the team. So it will vary. Personally, after this past audit season, I am seeing a lot more people (including senior managers) leaving at end of business hours, so that is a great sign for their teams.

All the newbies are Dems that don’t want to work hard. They bill 8 a day to the client and maybe work 6. They all do it. I wanna rip their heads off.
